On Good Friday, April 22, from 6:00 pm – midnight, David Platt will lead an intense time of Bible study–lasting approximately 6 hours–and a time of prayer for our persecuted brothers and sisters across the globe. The goal of Secret Church is for participants to identify with and pray for these persecuted brothers and sisters around the globe. Proceeds from this event will directly support persecuted Christians worldwide through ongoing ministry opportunities and teaching materials. Sarah Jones will be leading a study in 1 Peter beginning September 11 and meeting each Friday at noon in Room 102.  Bring your lunch and drinks will be provided.  In order to have the correct number of books, please call Sarah at the church office if you would like to be part of this group.  “Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs…” Colossians 3:16.

If you have signed up to be part of the ladies Bible study at Michele Hough’s, plan to begin Tuesday, August 25 at 10:30 am.  This study will meet every other Tuesday morning.  If you did not sign up but would like to be part of this group, please contact the church office or let Michele know as soon as possible.  This study will be Seeking Him by Nancy Leigh DeMoss.

During selected Wednesdays in July there will be ‘Off Campus’ from 6:00-8:00 pm at a different church members’ home.  Off Campus includes a snack supper, activity & Bible study.

Transportation available at 5:45 pm from the church to Off Campus location; bus returns to Morningview at 8:40 pm.
