Information Meeting

Cornerstone Classical Christian Academy was formed in response to the vision of members of Morningview Baptist Church.  For one year a founding committee faithfully met to pray and plan for the school’s beginning.  In August 2005, the leadership of the school was given to the Board of Directors to govern and commence operations.  The school enrolled its first students in the 2006 academic year.  For the past four years Cornerstone has grown and is now registering students for kindergarten through twelfth grades.  Our school has faithfully trained students in Biblical worldview thinking by presenting a sound academic program taught by qualified teachers.  You are cordially invited to attend the information meeting on January 26 and learn about the benefits of classical education for your child.

Ecuador Mission Trip
June 26 – July 3, 2009

Pastoral Resource Packets

One of the key aspects of our Ecuador Mission trip next month is the biblical books we’ll provide for Ecuadorian pastors and leaders.  The list we’ve assembled should be helpful in equipping and encouraging these men to lead their families and churches.  We would like for our Morningview families to know the book list and consider giving to help provide these resources for the pastors/leaders.  Each ‘Pastor Packet’ contains a study Bible, a commentary and various Christian books.  The retail value for each ‘Pastor Packet’ is about $165.

Please prayerfully consider how you can give towards a ‘Pastor Packet’ to help support these men.  We’d love for each Morningview family to consider giving one fourth of the packet cost or about $40.  To fully fund one ‘Pastor Packet’ would cost around $165.   Whatever part you can have in helping with this resource ministry would be greatly appreciated.  These packets will be a great resource for the Ecuadorian church leaders for many years to come. Our team will be spending four evening sessions in targeted ‘pastoral training’ with these men.  Thank you, church family, for your support of this ministry.
