RE: Community Missions Day and G321:Music Night

Dear Parents,

In case you haven’t already heard, we have some big plans for our community mission’s day on Saturday, March 27th.

While you go to your various areas of service, the children will be doing community missions by performing our G321:Music songs at a local nursing home, Crown Healthcare.  In addition to this, we’ll be taking some of our time at the church to do our final rehearsal for our G321: Music night at 6:30pm on Sunday, March 28th. While children do not have to be active in G321 to participate with us on Saturday, if they are in G321, it is really important that they come on Saturday, since this will serve as our final dress rehearsal for the following evening’s concert.

We’ll start our day at 8:00am with a Donut Breakfast and warm-up before leaving for the nursing home.  We should be done along with the other service teams at or before noon.

Please make plans to pick up your children at 12pm sharp.

Since we’ll be at health care facility, please send the children in clothes appropriate to the context and be sure to send them with shoes that will not come off while we walk from place to place.

As a final note, we could use about 6 adults to go along as chaperones in addition to the G321 teachers.  If you would like to spend the morning with us, please contact me or sign-up for our team on the community mission’s day signup sheets at the church.
